Investing in the Kingdom
Our generosity can reflect God’s generosity.
In 2 Corinthians9:8-11, Paul says, "And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. As the Scriptures say, 'Godly people give generously to the poor. Their good deeds will never be forgotten.' For God is the one who gives seed to the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will give you many opportunities to do good, and he will produce a great harvest of generosity in you. Yes, you will be enriched so that you can give even more generously. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will break out in thanksgiving to God."
Growing the Kingdom
Since Harvest was founded we have been mindful of being good stewards of God’s provision of time, talent and treasure. When you give to Harvest Fellowship through your tithes and offerings, and through using your gifts and time, know that the leadership works hard to make the best use of it. Through local, national and global missions, special emphases, helping with local benevolence needs and caring for our church and community members, we want you to know that your generosity makes a difference.
Embracing Opportunity
Harvest Fellowship has developed a piece of property that the Lord provided in a miraculous way. In order to continue developing the property, Harvest selected Embracing Opportunity as the theme of a capital stewardship campaign in 2017. Through your gifts, we have been able to pay down some of the loan on the new building while freeing up money for ministry and continuing to develop and care for the property. The Lord has been faithful already and the people have been generous in their commitments. We look forward to the Lord's continued abundant provision for Harvest Fellowship as we continue to strive to honor Him through godly stewardship and investment in expanding His Kingdom.
